Posted by bgtvmediaonline on 2015-01-20

Published on Jan 14, 2015
What’s up guys. This is a quick commentary over some training footage of my bench press day. Due to a past injury, I have a very poor bench press for my size. A torn pec set me back in size and strength for quite some time, and to be honest I didn’t know if I would ever get back to where I was after the incident. Thanks for checking out the video and enjoy! Source: Flex Founded Project

“Robbers in Guinea have stolen blood samples believed to be infected with Ebola, the Red Cross in the West African nation has said.

The samples, stored in tightly wrapped vials tucked into a cooler bag, were in the care of a Red Cross courier who was among nine passengers sharing a taxi when three men on a motorbike robbed the vehicle and took the samples, said Saa Mamady Leno of the Red Cross in Gueckedou.”*  Ben Mankiewicz, Jimmy Dore, Dave Rubin & Ana Kasparian discuss on The Young Turks.
